BIRA 91 - Malabar Stout  (Brewed with Indian Coffee Beans) Alcohol content :- 4% - 5% ABV Brewed by B9 BEVERAGES PVT. LTD Product of India Appearance :- The colour is between Dark Amber to Dark Brown, carbonation is normal, small head is observed with good head retention, on the foam small and medium bubbles were formed, lacing is observed. Aroma :- Roasted coffee and Roasted Almonds on the nose with a hint of Goan port wine could be observed. Flavors :- On the palate light roasted coffee can be observed with sweetness of the malt with hint of chocolate and oats can be felt with well balanced bitterness. Mouthfeel :- It is Medium Bodied with moderate bitterness, creamy texture is low but the beer stays on the palate for a while. Tannin effects(red wine characteristics) can be observed as the mouth becomes dry Overall Impression :- A well balance beer with sweetness of the malt at every sip with a hint of coffee. White Owl - Spark - Belgian Wit Alcohol Percentage :- 4%-5% ABV White Owl Brewery PVT. LTD🦉 Handcrafted In India🍺🇮🇳 Appearance :- Straw to Light Gold colour, Small head(foam/froth), Sandy type foam appearance, Small bubbles, Head retention medium. Aroma  :- Light Citrus(orange/lime) notes with hint of coriander and floral notes at the end. Flavor  :- Light Citrusy touch with very little hint of coriander at the end, Low Bitterness, Low malt flavors. Mouthfeel   :- Light bodied Belgium Wit beer with low Citrusy flavor. Overall Impression :- As it is light bodied and with low alcohol levels, one can have multiple pints and it can be paired with finger foods. Ingredients  :- Water, Malted Barley, Wheat, Hops, Yeast, Spices, Oats, Orange peel, Co2 & Alcohol. (This is my personal review.
