A tan head is formed with small bubbles. Head retention is strong and stays till the end. The beer has a moderate caramel and toasted (not burnt) malt caracter. It shows a low citrus aromas and flavour. It is accompanied by dried fruits such as prunes, apricot, blueberry along with toffee aroma and flavor which is moderate. It has low spice character similar to star anise. Jaggery aromas and flavor is moderate. Coconut aroma and flavors are low and can be detected as an aftertaste.
