Brewdog - Punk IPA - Post Modern Classic

Alcohol Content :- 5.6% ABV

Made in Scotland

 Appearance : The beer is golden in colour. Medium head was formed with good head retention. Translucent in appearance. Carbonation is high. Lacing is Observed.

 Aromas : A lot of hop aromas on the nose. Tropical fruity aromas such as Grapefruit, Pomelo and lychee are observed on the nose.

Flavor : Sweetness of the malt is low. Hops bitterness is robust. Tropical fruit notes such as Grapefruit, Pineapple, Pomelo and lyclee are observed on the palate.

Mouthfeel : It is a light to medium bodied beer. Very little sweetness from the malt is observed with strong hop bitterness. 

 Overall Impression : A well made beer and much awaited bottled . It is a very easy to drink beer even though it has a good amount of bitterness. It has tropical fruity notes and is refreshing too. This is the best IPA that I have had so far. The Punk IPA is a beer for me and it is my go to beer. I would suggest this beer to all my beer buddies and would surely have this bought if I have a Party. Cheers

Kingfisher Ultra Witbier - Belgian White Alcohol Content : 4.6% v/v Brewed at United Breweries Ltd. India.   Appearance : The beer pours bright yellow in colour. Medium hazy in appearance. A small head was formed. Head retention is low. Aromas : Sweet orange peel aromas with hints of coriander and dry grass notes. No hop aromas. No malt flavors.   Flavor : The beer gives out light orange flavor with medium coriander flavors with herbaceous notes. No hop bitterness. Mouthfeel : This is a light bodied beer.  High carbonation with low astringency. Aftertaste of coriander that leaves a dry sensation on the palate. Overall Impression : The beer is Crisp and refreshing. The beer colour gives us a different imagine of what is actually inside the beer. BIRA 91 - Malabar Stout  (Brewed with Indian Coffee Beans) Alcohol content :- 4% - 5% ABV Brewed by B9 BEVERAGES PVT. LTD Product of India Appearance :- The colour is between Dark Amber to Dark Brown, carbonation is normal, small head is observed with good head retention, on the foam small and medium bubbles were formed, lacing is observed. Aroma :- Roasted coffee and Roasted Almonds on the nose with a hint of Goan port wine could be observed. Flavors :- On the palate light roasted coffee can be observed with sweetness of the malt with hint of chocolate and oats can be felt with well balanced bitterness. Mouthfeel :- It is Medium Bodied with moderate bitterness, creamy texture is low but the beer stays on the palate for a while.
