It is a craft beer that has been inspired by the Belgian Owls that can twist its head almost at every direction and look at the world in quirky way. Looking at the beer market around the globe in a quirky way analysing and getting to know what the consumer wants, the owl (BÚHO)from Belgium has come up with its crafted beers to give what the consumer actually needs. This is why the owl has a tilted head on the label.

Appearance : The beer is straw(Yellow) to light gold in colour. It is cloudy in appearance. A medium head is formed. Head retention stays good till the end.Aromas : On the nose orange peel and herbaceous notes of coriander are felt with hints of floral notes. No hop aromas.

Flavor : On the palate fresh orange peel and freshly squeezed lemon are felt. Low malt sweetness. Strong coriander and grassy notes. Low hop bitterness is observed.
Mouthfeel : It is a light bodied beer. Crisp on the palate. Notes of orange peel and strong coriander. Aftertaste of coriander is felt on the palate with low bitterness from the hops. Low Astringency.

Overall Impression : This is a very simple and easy drinking beer. The strong coriander aftertaste is a bit too much I feel for the beer due to which it loses its freshness character. But overall its a very well made beer.
There are very few Witbier bottles in the Indian market but this will surely make its territory.
