Flavor : The beer has flavors of Banana and herb. It has good malt sweetness with cloves phenols. No hop bitterness.
Overall Impression : This beer was very interesting. It leaves a different impression on the palate. The Alpine herb aromas and flavors are dominant. It does have a sweet malt finish which makes it an easy drinking beer. This was a Hefeweizen style for sure having hints of banana and clove. This beer is found in very few cities in India hence difficult to find. This wont please the regular beer drinkers as it has complex flavors and aromas. Priced at 180₹ for a pint in Goa quite a decent beer for the craft beer lovers. If you do want to try this be ready for a whole new different beer style. Cheers
