Style - Dunkelweizen(Dark Wheat Beer)

The beer pours dark brown in colour with a light tan head. It is opaque in appearance. Head dissipates with time. No Lacing was found.
It has a prominent bitter sweet chocolate aroma and flavor from the malt accompanying medium caramel and toasty notes. Light banana aroma and flavors are found . No hop aroma or bitterness detected.
This is a medium to medium-full bodied beer with a medium carbonation. Astringency is moderate. Aftertaste of bitter sweet chocolate with undernotes of clove.

Overall Impression : Dark beers has had quite an impression in the beer market just by the looks of it but I assure you this beer from Effingut is a winner. The intensity of bittersweet malt flavor which is perfectly balanced with the alcohol content and carbonation. The fruitiness (Banana and clove) was alittle low from what I have had at the pub but overall this is an absolute winner. One of the good beers to try at Effingut if your a fan of dark beers. Kingfisher Ultra Witbier - Belgian White Alcohol Content : 4.6% v/v Brewed at United Breweries Ltd. India.   Appearance : The beer pours bright yellow in colour. Medium hazy in appearance. A small head was formed. Head retention is low. Aromas : Sweet orange peel aromas with hints of coriander and dry grass notes. No hop aromas. No malt flavors.   Flavor : The beer gives out light orange flavor with medium coriander flavors with herbaceous notes. No hop bitterness. Mouthfeel : This is a light bodied beer.  High carbonation with low astringency. Aftertaste of coriander that leaves a dry sensation on the palate. BIRA 91 - Malabar Stout  (Brewed with Indian Coffee Beans) Alcohol content :- 4% - 5% ABV Brewed by B9 BEVERAGES PVT. LTD Product of India Appearance :- The colour is between Dark Amber to Dark Brown, carbonation is normal, small head is observed with good head retention, on the foam small and medium bubbles were formed, lacing is observed. Aroma :- Roasted coffee and Roasted Almonds on the nose with a hint of Goan port wine could be observed. Flavors :- On the palate light roasted coffee can be observed with sweetness of the malt with hint of chocolate and oats can be felt with well balanced bitterness.
