CORAL TONICA - STOUT

Brewed at Empresa de Cervejas da Madeira, Portugal
Style : Stout
Appearance : The beer pours black in color with a tan head. A medium size head is formed but decapitates with time.
Aromas : The beer has a sweet malt aroma accompanying mild roasted coffee and dark chocolate aromas on the nose. It also has a slight herbaceous character.
 
Flavor : The beer has a flavor of roasted malt which is not very intense. It has a dark chocolate flavor with a moderate coffee flavor which was balanced. No hop flavor but has malt bitterness.
Mouthfeel : This was a full bodied beer with moderate carbonation. It has a milk like texture on the mouthfeel with a high astringency which made the mouth dry.

Overall Impression : The beer is good and has a refreshing character. It is not very heavy on the palate but has a good carbonation. The roasted malt character is balanced and can have a lasting impression on the palate. This was a very drinkable stout. Found mostly in Portugal and some parts of Europe. Cheers🍻

Kingfisher Ultra Witbier - Belgian White Alcohol Content : 4.6% v/v Brewed at United Breweries Ltd. India.   Appearance : The beer pours bright yellow in colour. Medium hazy in appearance. A small head was formed. Head retention is low. Aromas : Sweet orange peel aromas with hints of coriander and dry grass notes. No hop aromas. No malt flavors.   Flavor : The beer gives out light orange flavor with medium coriander flavors with herbaceous notes. No hop bitterness. Mouthfeel : This is a light bodied beer.  High carbonation with low astringency. Aftertaste of coriander that leaves a dry sensation on the palate. Overall Impression : The beer is Crisp and refreshing. The beer colour gives us a different imagine of what is actually inside the beer. BIRA 91 - Malabar Stout  (Brewed with Indian Coffee Beans) Alcohol content :- 4% - 5% ABV Brewed by B9 BEVERAGES PVT. LTD Product of India Appearance :- The colour is between Dark Amber to Dark Brown, carbonation is normal, small head is observed with good head retention, on the foam small and medium bubbles were formed, lacing is observed. Aroma :- Roasted coffee and Roasted Almonds on the nose with a hint of Goan port wine could be observed. Flavors :- On the palate light roasted coffee can be observed with sweetness of the malt with hint of chocolate and oats can be felt with well balanced bitterness.
