BREAKFAST CEREAL STOUT - DOUBLE MILK STOUT - GOA BREWING COMPANY Alcohol Content :- 6.5% v/v Brewed at Goa Brewing Company, Goa Beer style : Oatmeal Stout. Additional ingredients : Sleepy Owl Hazelnut Coffee. The beer pour Black in colour. Opaque in appearance. A tan head is formed with small and medium size bubbles. Head retention is good but as beer gets warm the head despitates. It has a prominent roasted malt character of dark chocolate accompanying fresh ground coffee aroma and flavor. It has a bitter sweet dark chocolate flavor which is moderate. A light floral alcohol warmth was detected on the nose aswell as the palate.  It is a full bodied beer with a creamy round body. Medium astringency. It has a bitter sweet aftertaste of coffee and chocolate which leaves a creamy yet dry finish on the palate. WHEAT ALE - BY GOA BREWING COMPANY Alcohol Content :- 4.5% v/v Brewed at Goa Brewing Company, Goa. Beer style : Witbier The beer pours light yellow in colour with a white head which despitates quickly. Head retention low. Slightly hazy in appearance. The bottle did have some yeast when poured at the last bit. The beer has a moderate sweet malt aroma and flavor of white bread and sweetened dough. Moderate citrus fruit aromas and flavors could be found which is balanced evenly with the malt. It does have a light citrusy sourness to it which isnt overwhelming. Hints of coriander can be detected only after the beer gets alittle warmer. This is a light bodied beer with a carbonation bite. Astringency is low. Leave a moderate-low dry aftertaste of light citrus flavors. Overall Impression : This is my first time tasting the Wheat beer by Goa Brewing Company since its launch and I gotta say this beer does stand strong at its place. Very refreshin...

EFFINGUT - NEIPA Alcohol Content :- 5 - 6% v/v Brewed at Effingut Brew works, Pune Style - NEIPA (New England IPA) The beer pours yellow in colour with a hazy opaque appearance. A small white head is formed which despitates quickly. The beer has a floral hop aroma and flavor accompanying tropical fruity notes of juicy pineapple and Guava which are medium. The guava is more prominent when the beer gets alittle warmer. A medium sweet biscuity malt sweetness can be found. Perceived bitterness is medium to medium high since the beer is heavily dry hopped it gives a perception of assertive bitterness. This is a medium-full bodied beer with  smooth hop character. Carbonation is normal. Hop bitterness is moderate and gives a perception of assertive bitterness which isn't harsh on the palate. A slight alcohol warmth may be present. EFFINGUT - CITRUS BURST IPA Alcohol Content :- 5.6% v/v Brewed at EFFINGUT BREW WORKS, PUNE Made in India 🇮🇳 Style - IPA (India Pale Ale) The beer pours amber in colour with a medium white head. Clear in appearance. Lacing can be found on the glass. Prominent citrus fruit aromas and flavors of Curacao orange and orange zest which are both moderate on the nose and on the palate. Has a sweet malt aroma which is floral accompanying low levels of hop aroma on the nose. On the palate the hop bitterness is high that supports the malt which feels grainy leaving a sweet malt flavor. Hints of pine like flavors can be found after every sip.  This is a medium bodied beer. Carbonation is low with a medium astringency. It has a slight sweet aftertaste of the malt accompanying assertive hop bitterness that lingers on the palate. 2 DOWN BEER CO - NICALE Alcohol Content :- 4.5% - 5% v/v Brewed at 2 Down Beer Co Made in India🇮🇳 Beer style : Saison The beer pours pale golden in colour with a small white head. Light haze in appearance. The head despitates with time which leaves no lacing onto the glass. It has a medium-low citrusy lemon aroma and flavor which is prominent. Low peppercorns aromas and flavors are found at the end. Has a moderate malt flavor of lightly sweetened bread that supports the spices. Light herbaceous notes can be found which isn't that noticable but is present. This is a light bodied beer, crisp with no astringency. Carbonation is moderate. Aftertaste of peppercorns which isnt harsh accompanying light malt sweetness at the end. Overall Impression : The Nicale is a light bodied beer, crisp with a good malt backbone supporting the spices. EFFINGUT - HEFEWEIZEN Alcohol Content :- 4.5% - 5.6% v/v Brewed at Effingut Breweries, Pune. Made in India 🇮🇳 The beer pours bright yellow in colour with a moderate hazy appearance and a white head. A medium head is formed which despitates with time. | | It has prominent yeast characters of banana esters on the nose with light malt sweetness at the end accompanying medium-low clove phenols and bubblegum aromas. No hop aromas detected. The beer has an over rippen banana flavor which feels a little odd. Moderate phenolic characters of cloves and low bubblegum flavors can be detected which leaves a sweet aftertaste. Grainy malt sweetness can be detected which isnt that noticable since yeast characters are more prominent but is present. No hop flavors detected. | | This is a medium-light bodied beer. Made in India🇮🇳for Craft beer lovers Beer Style :- American Pale Ale The beer pours light amber in colour with a good white head. Clear in appearance. Head retention is low as it despitates with time.  It has a strong floral and fruity hop aroma and flavor with a good malt backbone supporting the hops.  A biscuity and low caramel like aromas and flavours could be detected. Low to moderate-low Citrus fruit like pomelo and low candy like sweetness was found which is accompanied with low melon and peach like aromas and flavors.
