Beer style : Saison
The beer pours pale golden in colour with a small white head. Light haze in appearance. The head despitates with time which leaves no lacing onto the glass.

It has a medium-low citrusy lemon aroma and flavor which is prominent. Low peppercorns aromas and flavors are found at the end. Has a moderate malt flavor of lightly sweetened bread that supports the spices. Light herbaceous notes can be found which isn't that noticable but is present.
This is a light bodied beer, crisp with no astringency. Carbonation is moderate. Aftertaste of peppercorns which isnt harsh accompanying light malt sweetness at the end.

Overall Impression : The Nicale is a light bodied beer, crisp with a good malt backbone supporting the spices. Its a Saison style for sure. Leaves a pleasant lemon aroma and flavor which does not overpower the peppercorn. Once the beer starts to get alittle warmer peppercorns are more prominent on the palate leaving a sweet aftertaste. Perfectly balanced but too light for me. Not my style of beer but for the summers this is gonna be a delightful treat for craft beer lovers. Cheers🍺

Kingfisher Ultra Witbier - Belgian White Alcohol Content : 4.6% v/v Brewed at United Breweries Ltd. India.   Appearance : The beer pours bright yellow in colour. Medium hazy in appearance. A small head was formed. Head retention is low. Aromas : Sweet orange peel aromas with hints of coriander and dry grass notes. No hop aromas. No malt flavors.   Flavor : The beer gives out light orange flavor with medium coriander flavors with herbaceous notes. No hop bitterness. Mouthfeel : This is a light bodied beer.  High carbonation with low astringency. Aftertaste of coriander that leaves a dry sensation on the palate. BIRA 91 - Malabar Stout  (Brewed with Indian Coffee Beans) Alcohol content :- 4% - 5% ABV Brewed by B9 BEVERAGES PVT. LTD Product of India Appearance :- The colour is between Dark Amber to Dark Brown, carbonation is normal, small head is observed with good head retention, on the foam small and medium bubbles were formed, lacing is observed. Aroma :- Roasted coffee and Roasted Almonds on the nose with a hint of Goan port wine could be observed. Flavors :- On the palate light roasted coffee can be observed with sweetness of the malt with hint of chocolate and oats can be felt with well balanced bitterness.
