BREAKFAST CEREAL STOUT - DOUBLE MILK STOUT - GOA BREWING COMPANY
Alcohol Content :- 6.5% v/v
Brewed at Goa Brewing Company, Goa
Beer style : Oatmeal Stout.
Additional ingredients : Sleepy Owl Hazelnut Coffee.

The beer pour Black in colour. Opaque in appearance. A tan head is formed with small and medium size bubbles. Head retention is good but as beer gets warm the head despitates.
It has a prominent roasted malt character of dark chocolate accompanying fresh ground coffee aroma and flavor. It has a bitter sweet dark chocolate flavor which is moderate. A light floral alcohol warmth was detected on the nose aswell as the palate. 
It is a full bodied beer with a creamy round body. Medium astringency. It has a bitter sweet aftertaste of coffee and chocolate which leaves a creamy yet dry finish on the palate. The beer has hints of hazelnut which is more prominent once the beer gets alittle warmer.
Overall Impression : When someone says breakfast the first thing coming to my mind is always Breakfast Cereal Stout. This I gotta say was better than the first batch which came in. The collaboration with Sleepy Owl has elevated the beer experience with its additional coffee ingredients. Full bodied with a creamy texture accompanying coffee aromas and flavors with light alcohol warmth. This beer does stand to its description. I picked up 2 more pints after I did the tasting and I would recommend this to coffee drinker strictly. Overall this was a well made stout. Kingfisher Ultra Witbier - Belgian White Alcohol Content : 4.6% v/v Brewed at United Breweries Ltd. India.   Appearance : The beer pours bright yellow in colour. Medium hazy in appearance. A small head was formed. Head retention is low. Aromas : Sweet orange peel aromas with hints of coriander and dry grass notes. No hop aromas. No malt flavors.   Flavor : The beer gives out light orange flavor with medium coriander flavors with herbaceous notes. No hop bitterness. Mouthfeel : This is a light bodied beer.  High carbonation with low astringency. Aftertaste of coriander that leaves a dry sensation on the palate. BIRA 91 - Malabar Stout  (Brewed with Indian Coffee Beans) Alcohol content :- 4% - 5% ABV Brewed by B9 BEVERAGES PVT. LTD Product of India Appearance :- The colour is between Dark Amber to Dark Brown, carbonation is normal, small head is observed with good head retention, on the foam small and medium bubbles were formed, lacing is observed. Aroma :- Roasted coffee and Roasted Almonds on the nose with a hint of Goan port wine could be observed. Flavors :- On the palate light roasted coffee can be observed with sweetness of the malt with hint of chocolate and oats can be felt with well balanced bitterness.
