Communiti - Irish Ale

Communiti - Irish Ale
Alcohol Content :- 6 - 6.5%v/v.
Brewed at The Van Steenberge Brewery, Belgium.
Appearance : The Beer is Amber in colour. Clear in appearance. A small head was formed with good head retention. The head stays till the end of the glass. No lacing observed.
Aromas : On the nose the beer gives sweet spice aromas with sweet bread dough and caramel notes. Floral notes with hints of dried herb were observed. Low alcohol warmth could be detected too.
Flavor : The beer gives sweet bread dough flavors with alot of caramel notes. Low hop flavors with floral and dried herb flavors.

Mouthfeel : The beer is crisp on the palate. It has a clean finish with low hop bitterness and low astringency. Alcohol warmth could be detected. Does not linger on your palate.
Overall Impression : This was quite a surprise for me(this was an expired beer). This was quite a good red ale that I tasted which had pleasant flavors and aromas. It was boozy at the same time with 6 - 6.5%v/v. This was an expired bottle but I still wanted to try this and it turned out to be an excellent beer. White owl now has a competitor and surely there is alot of talking and drinking thats gonna happen. Waiting for it to come in Mumbai. If you do get a chance please do try out the Irish Ale by Communiti Craft. Its something you craft beer lovers should look forward to. Cheers
