Appearance :- The beer is Gold to light Amber in colour. A smal head is formed. Clear in appearance. Head dos not stay for long.
Aroma :- The beer gives out aromas of Tortilla flour and wheat flour notes. Medium alcohol warmth on the nose with sweet spice aromas.
Flavor :- Sweet wheat flour notes with floral aromas. Has sweet spice flavors too.

Mouthfeel :- The beer is clean on the palate. Sweetness from the malt is high. It is medium crisp on the palate with medium alcohol warmth. 
Overall impression :- I finally got my hands on the White Owl Spike after a really long time. This was a good beer, strong in alcohol and also refreshing at the same time. A good crafted wheat ale for the Indian palate who drink alot of lagers this would surely be their new favourites. As of for me this had an uneven sweet spice notes on the palate which left an unpleasant sweet aftertaste. I am not sure what I was getting but would surely like to know more about this from the experts. The White Owl Spike has surely got into the market and is making its mark. Try out this Wheat Ale in your local stores and compare it with your lagers. Surely it wont disappoint. Cheers

Kingfisher Ultra Witbier - Belgian White Alcohol Content : 4.6% v/v Brewed at United Breweries Ltd. India.   Appearance : The beer pours bright yellow in colour. Medium hazy in appearance. A small head was formed. Head retention is low. Aromas : Sweet orange peel aromas with hints of coriander and dry grass notes. No hop aromas. No malt flavors.   Flavor : The beer gives out light orange flavor with medium coriander flavors with herbaceous notes. No hop bitterness. Mouthfeel : This is a light bodied beer.  High carbonation with low astringency. Aftertaste of coriander that leaves a dry sensation on the palate. BIRA 91 - Malabar Stout  (Brewed with Indian Coffee Beans) Alcohol content :- 4% - 5% ABV Brewed by B9 BEVERAGES PVT. LTD Product of India Appearance :- The colour is between Dark Amber to Dark Brown, carbonation is normal, small head is observed with good head retention, on the foam small and medium bubbles were formed, lacing is observed. Aroma :- Roasted coffee and Roasted Almonds on the nose with a hint of Goan port wine could be observed. Flavors :- On the palate light roasted coffee can be observed with sweetness of the malt with hint of chocolate and oats can be felt with well balanced bitterness.
