BREWDOG - HAZY JANE - NEIPA

Alcohol Content :- 5.0% ABV
Brewed in Ellon by Brewdog PLC
Style : New England India Pale Ale
Appearance : The beer pours yellow in color with a hazy appearance. Opacity adds a shine to the beer with the color seem darker. It has a small white head which decapitates with time. A thin lacing could be observed.
Aromas : The beer has a pleasing floral hop aroma accompanying tropical fruits like Pineapple, Guava, Starfruit and Custard apple. It has a sweet malt aroma that can be detected similar to wheat flour with a medium-high spicy, floral, herbal hop bouquet. Hints of sage and rosemary could be found.
Flavor : The beer has a sweet floral flavor accompanying tropical fruits flavors of Pineapple, Guava and Starfruit which is high but not overwhelming. The perceived bitterness is pronounced. Herbal character of Sage and Rosemary is found. Medium malt flavor which gives the beer a body. 
Mouthfeel : This is a medium bodied beer which is crisp, floral and hoppy. Carbonation is medium and has a dry finish. It does have a light alcohol warmth and also leave a herbal hop flavor along with fruity flavor at the aftertaste. 

Overall Impression : The Hazy Jane is quite impressive having a bouquet of flavors. It sure stands up the the NEIPA style with excellent body, flavor profile, and appearance. It is quite drinkable and has its refreshing characters which for sure is not expected when it has a mélange of flavors. I am very impressed and would sure like to try this on tap in one of their pubs. Cheers🍻

Kingfisher Ultra Witbier - Belgian White Alcohol Content : 4.6% v/v Brewed at United Breweries Ltd. India.   Appearance : The beer pours bright yellow in colour. Medium hazy in appearance. A small head was formed. Head retention is low. Aromas : Sweet orange peel aromas with hints of coriander and dry grass notes. No hop aromas. No malt flavors.   Flavor : The beer gives out light orange flavor with medium coriander flavors with herbaceous notes. No hop bitterness. Mouthfeel : This is a light bodied beer.  High carbonation with low astringency. Aftertaste of coriander that leaves a dry sensation on the palate. Overall Impression : The beer is Crisp and refreshing. The beer colour gives us a different imagine of what is actually inside the beer. BIRA 91 - Malabar Stout  (Brewed with Indian Coffee Beans) Alcohol content :- 4% - 5% ABV Brewed by B9 BEVERAGES PVT. LTD Product of India Appearance :- The colour is between Dark Amber to Dark Brown, carbonation is normal, small head is observed with good head retention, on the foam small and medium bubbles were formed, lacing is observed. Aroma :- Roasted coffee and Roasted Almonds on the nose with a hint of Goan port wine could be observed. Flavors :- On the palate light roasted coffee can be observed with sweetness of the malt with hint of chocolate and oats can be felt with well balanced bitterness.
