The beer gives out bread dough aroma and flavor. Perceived bitterness is moderate. It is a light bodied beer with high carbonation. It has medium astringency with a grainy aftertaste. Overall Impression : The beer is crisp and has a refreshing character. Its main focus has been put on the malt and hops that give the beer a distinctive taste. The beer has a slight skunky aroma to it but on the palate its very clean. The beer has a good malt body which is very light on the palate. One can enjoy multiple pints over fried fish.
