A medium white head is formed with a good head retention. Aromas : The beer has a fruity and herbaceous hop aroma. It has a moderate dry hoppy accompanying fruity aromas of charred pineapple, pear and grapefruit with spicy herbals caracter of low burnt rosemary and sage with some herbaceous notes. BIRA91 - KOKUM SOUR BEER Alcohol Content :- 5% ABV Brewed at B9 BEVERAGES PVT. LTD Style : Close to a Berliner Weisse Appearance :  The beer pours light amber in color with a pinkish hue. It is clear in appearance with a small white head with poor retention. Highly effervescent. Aromas : The beer has a moderate Bready note of that of raw bread dough and low fruity aroma of Kokum. No hop aroma. Flavor : The flavor starts with a bready notes accompanying fruity sourness of kokum. The malt sweetness and sourness compliment each other. It does have herbaceous character. A medium size head is formed but decapitates with time. Aromas : The beer has a sweet malt aroma accompanying mild roasted coffee and dark chocolate aromas on the nose. It also has a slight herbaceous character.   Flavor : The beer has a flavor of roasted malt which is not very intense. It has a dark chocolate flavor with a moderate coffee flavor which was balanced. Clear in appearance with a small head. The beer has a sweet malt aroma and flavor accompanying moderate floral alcohol fusels on the nose as well as on the palate. It has no hop aromas but on the palate there is a light herbaceous character of cut grass. There is a fair amount of hop bitterness which is in disguise but present. COPTER 7 - Premium Smooth Lager Alcohol Content :- 4.5% Abv Brewed at Woodpeckers Distillers & Breweries Pvt Ltd Style : Pale Lager   The beer pours pale yellow to light golden in colour. Clear in appearance with its head dissipating quickly. It has a sweet malt character of uncooked dough and water crackers. A light floral and herbaceous notes on the nose as well as the palate. A light DMS could be found. This is a  light body beer with high carbonation. No astringency found. Aftertaste of corn like flavors on the palate. Overall Impression : A very light refreshing and very drinkable beer. Best to be enjoyed with friends over the evening. This is one of the beers which is still light and does not bloat you unlike the other commercial beer that are in the market. Simple yet elegant and made a good impression. Cheers🍺

EFFINGUT - DUNKELWEIZEN Alcohol Content :- 5% Abv Brewed at Effingut Brewries, Pune. Style - Dunkelweizen(Dark Wheat Beer) The beer pours dark brown in colour with a light tan head. It is opaque in appearance. Head dissipates with time. No Lacing was found. It has a prominent bitter sweet chocolate aroma and flavor from the malt accompanying medium caramel and toasty notes. Light banana aroma and flavors are found . No hop aroma or bitterness detected. This is a medium to medium-full bodied beer with a medium carbonation. Astringency is moderate. Aftertaste of bitter sweet chocolate with undernotes of clove. Overall Impression : Dark beers has had quite an impression in the beer market just by the looks of it but I assure you this beer from Effingut is a winner.
