Mr. Tarun Bhargava the co-founder and director of Proost69 saw the lack of fresh beers in India. Proost 69 is brewed at one of the best locations in Europe. They want to target consumers who prefer fresh beer which is affordable with freshness and uniqueness. The beer is light golden in colour. Clear in appearance. A medium head is formed when beer is poured but reduces in size. Sweet malt aromas and flavors with hints of dry grass. This is a light bodied beer. Crisp on the palate with low astringency. History : Budejovicky Budvar(Budweiser Budvar) beer is produced only in the brewery headquarters at Ceske Budejovice, Czech Republic. They started brewing on 7th October, 1895. In 2004, European Union awarded the 'Budweiser Budwar' a protection Geographical Indication status as a traditional regionally produced good. There were disputes over the name of 'Budweiser' between American brewery Anheuser-Busch(that makes American Budweiser) and Budweiser Budvar brewery. In 2010 Anheuser-Busch lost its last instance appeal in the European Court of Justice hence could not use 'Budweiser' as trademark in European Union Trademarks. Leffe - Blonde Alcohol Content :- 6.6% Brewed at Inbev Belgium BVBA/SPRL, Brussels, Belgium. History  : Founded in 1152, Norte Dame de Leffe was an Abbey next to Meuse river, Belgium. In 1240 pilgrims were welcomed at Leffe and was decided to build a brewery since hospitality was a major part of the abbey. The abbey & the brewery were closed during the French revolution until it was re-established in 1929. They lived by the rules of St. Benedict. There were hardships that the monks faced over the years. In 1956 the brewery was destroyed in World War 2. Belgium never gave up when beer was on the line. The monks collaborated with the brewery in Opwijk. Adapting 1000 years old ancient recipe to fit modern techniques & also keeping its quality & signature taste. A smal head is formed. Clear in appearance. Head dos not stay for long. Aroma  :- The beer gives out aromas of Tortilla flour and wheat flour notes. Medium alcohol warmth on the nose with sweet spice aromas. Flavor  :- Sweet wheat flour notes with floral aromas. Has sweet spice flavors too. Mouthfeel  :- The beer is clean on the palate. Sweetness from the malt is high. It is medium crisp on the palate with medium alcohol warmth.  Overall impression  :- I finally got my hands on the White Owl Spike after a really long time. This was a good beer, strong in alcohol and also refreshing at the same time. A good crafted wheat ale for the Indian palate who drink alot of lagers this would surely be their new favouri...
